AGS Family Support Fund

1. Membership & Registration

Membership in the AGS Family Support Fund is available only after completing the official registration process. Each member may select an available plan according to their financial capacity. All required monthly or plan-based contributions must be paid on time.

2. Donor Registration

Anyone wishing to contribute to the fund as a donor must complete the official registration process. There is no minimum or maximum limit for donations. All donations will be considered non-refundable contributions.

3. Eligible Close Family Members

For the purposes of this fund, close family members include:

• Father
• Mother
• Husband / Wife
• Biological or legally recognized children (Son / Daughter)
• Biological Brother
• Biological Sister

4. Financial Support in Case of Death

In the event of the death of an eligible close family member, financial assistance may be provided according to the member's selected plan and applicable conditions. The fund administration may require reliable proof of death or relevant supporting documents. Financial assistance for the same incident will be provided only once.

5. Marriage Support

Financial assistance may be provided for the marriage of a member's biological or legally recognized son or daughter, subject to the selected plan and applicable conditions. The administration may request supporting documents, such as a wedding invitation or other proof of marriage. Assistance for the marriage of each child will be provided only once.

6. Interest-Free Loan

An interest-free loan may be provided subject to fund availability, eligibility criteria, and approval by the fund administration or relevant committee. Approval of a loan is not an automatic right of membership. Any approved loan must be repaid according to the agreed repayment schedule and installments.

7. Waiting Period

New members may be required to complete a specified waiting period before becoming eligible for certain fund benefits. The applicable waiting period and conditions for each plan will be communicated at the time of registration.

8. Late or Missed Payments

If a member fails to pay the required contribution or installment on time, their fund benefits may be temporarily suspended. Outstanding payments may also affect the member's eligibility for financial assistance.

9. Fund Availability and Assistance Limits

All financial assistance will be subject to the maximum amount applicable to the selected plan, the funds available at the time of the request, and the approved terms and conditions. If sufficient funds are not available, the payment or assistance may be delayed.

10. Verification and Approval

The final decision regarding financial assistance, loans, emergency support, or any special case will rest with the fund administration or authorized committee. The administration may request additional documents, information, or verification whenever necessary.

11. Transparency and Record Keeping

Proper records will be maintained for:

• Member contributions
• Donations
• Fund income and expenses
• Financial assistance
• Loans and repayments
• Other relevant financial transactions

12. Advance Payment for Emergency Assistance or Maturity

To receive an emergency assistance amount or maturity benefit, the member must pay the next scheduled installment in advance. The applicable emergency assistance or maturity amount will be released only after the required advance installment has been successfully paid and verified.

13. Non-Refundable PKR 1,000 Plan

The PKR 1,000 plan is a non-refundable contribution. The amount paid under this plan will not be refunded to the member. However, members enrolled in this plan may be eligible for other available fund benefits, subject to the applicable eligibility criteria, waiting period, fund availability, and terms and conditions.

14. Donations

Individuals wishing to support the AGS Family Support Fund through donations may contribute any amount according to their capacity.

• There is no minimum or maximum donation limit.
• Every donor must be officially registered.
• Donations are non-refundable.
• All donations will be properly recorded.

15. Payment Verification

After making a payment, the member must submit the payment receipt or Transaction ID through the Payment section of their AGS Fund account. Payment verification will be completed after the submitted transaction details have been reviewed and confirmed by the administration.

16. Amendment of Terms & Conditions

The AGS Family Support Fund administration reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Members will be informed of any significant changes through the appropriate communication channels.
